The Role Innesvale Pastoral Company is a growing family farming business spanning approximately 4,000 hectares in the productive Riverina region. In this full-time position, the successful candidate works closely with the owner and independently as an integral team member. With an increased cropping focus, the employee is responsible for: Operating Machinery: Operating an air seeder, header, and boom spray using GPS and auto-steer. Technical Skills: Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment. Logistics: Operating and driving a truck as required for the enterprise. Livestock Care: Handling sheep and cattle with sound judgment and basic dog handling skills.
